Lenny Van Helms

Lenny Van Helms, age 59 of Monroe, North Carolina passed away on April 5, 2026. He was born on December 20, 1966 to the late Ruby Carol Helms.

Lenny is a former student of Piedmont High School. He worked many years in Construction, Textile Manufacturing, and finished his career as an Armed Security Guard.

In addition to his mother, Lenny was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arnold W. Helms and Sara S Helms.

Lenny is survived by his sister Sherry Wallace and her husband, Johnny.

He will be remembered by his nephews, cousins, Church family, and close friends who loved him.

A Memorial Service to honor Lenny will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 19,2026 at Living Waters Christian Church, with Pastor Travis Mclain officiating. The Church is located at 3303 Lansford Rd. Marshville, North Carolina 28103.
