William Robert Gibson 79, passed away July 16, 2019. He was born in Union County NC September 24, 1939 to the late Benjamin and Janie Gibson. A graveside service will be held at Siler Church Cemetery at 10:00am Thursday, July 25, 2019. William loved his friends and family very much. He also loved the lake, his golf cart especially when driving it around what is known as the ponderosa, and last but not least his overalls. William is survived by his children, grand-children, great grand-children, great-great- grandchildren, 2 sisters, and 2 brothers. He is preceded by his late wife Esther and his daughter Sandra Dean Gibson. Holland Funeral Service and Crematory is caring for the Gibson family.
