Todd Stafford Palmer, affectionately known as "Buddha," passed away leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and countless people whose lives were touched by his friendship, humor, and loyalty.

Todd was the beloved son of Joel Palmer and Joyce Potter. He is survived by his brothers, Kevin Patrick Palmer and Kenneth James Johnson; his sister, Jody Marie Palmer; and his fiancé, Vicky Motes.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Dale William Potter, and his stepmother, Cheryl Palmer.

Todd was a devoted family man who deeply loved his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He treasured every moment spent with them and took great pride in being a part of their lives.

Todd could always make people laugh. He was a natural clown who enjoyed bringing smiles to those around him. Whether he was telling a joke, sharing a story, or simply enjoying time with friends and family, he had a way of making every gathering more memorable. He truly was the life of the party.

Todd loved the outdoors, and the beach was his happy place. He was also a dedicated New York Yankees fan and could often be found cheering on his favorite team.

Cooking was another passion of Todd's. He maintained many lifelong friendships and made it a priority to stay connected with the people who meant the most to him.

Above all, Todd will be remembered for his loyal heart. His kindness, humor, and unwavering devotion to family and friends will never be forgotten.
