Thomas Adam Gizowski, age 40, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019. He was born January 5, 1979 to Boguslaw A. Gizowski and the late Grazyna P. Gizowski. Thomas is also survived by his daughter, Gracie, and his brother Gregory Christopher Gizowski. There are no services scheduled at this time.
