� Steven Earl Carter, 61, of Mooresville, North Carolina, passed away February 22, 2018. He was born on April 11, 1956 in Monroe County, New York to Robert and Jean Carter. Steven is survived by his parents, Robert and Jean Carter; son, Drew Osornio; daughter,�Daniella Osornio; sisters, Debbie Hinson (Jerry), Donna Lingerfelt (Joseph), Brenda Carter; and grandchildren, Lilah Osornio and Logan Osornio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Haywood.
