� Shirley Mae Paul Cassidy, 81, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away on January 28, 2018. Shirley was born on March 29, 1936 in Hoke county to the late Colon and Sallie Paul. Shirley is survived by her son, William Franklin Cassidy; daughters, Patsy Lee Hinson, Betty Jean Johnson; grandchildren, Ricky Johnson, Becky Long, Samuel Hinson, David Hinson; great-grandchildren, Kylee England, Austin Long, Alex Hinson; sisters, Margaret Paul, Ann Baker, and Barbra Dixon. A visitation will be held Friday, February 2, 2018 at Blakely Funeral Service Chapel in Monroe, North Carolina from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
