Shannon Marie Faulkenbury 28, of Union County, passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 11, 2020. Shannon was born in Monroe, NC on August 1, 1992. Shannon is preceded in death by her grandfather Charles Faulkenbury and grandmother Carolyn Mangum Faulkenbury. She graduated from Forest Hills High School and attended nurse's training at Southern Piedmont Community College. Shannon was a loving and compassionate person who loved people. She loved movie and game nights and spend hours doing art. Shannon is survived by her loving mother, Lisa Helms McWaters, father Anthony Faulkenbury, her much loved brother Scott Faulkenbury, grandparents, Iris Nesbit (Tommy) of Monroe, NC and Dennis Helms ( Diane) of Dandridge, TN. In keeping with Shannon's nature, a private memorial service is planned.
