Scotty Junior Drake, 56, passed away June 11, 2023 with his family by his side. Scotty was born in Monroe, NC on February 23, 1967 to John Junior and Linda Drake. He will be remembered as a loving and proud husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle who always wanted the best for his family and friends. When not working hard, he loved watching and coaching his kids in sports. He loved to put a smile on anyone's face and make them laugh.

To honor his wishes, a private service will be held at a later date.

Scotty is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Toni; son, Scott Drake (Krystal); daughters, Christina Drake, and Savana Drake (Dustin); mother, Linda Drake; grandchildren, Aubrey Drake, and Dylan Drake; sister, Amy Drake; brothers, Timmy Drake, Richie Drake; and numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts.

He is preceded in passing by his father, John Junior Drake; and sister, Tina Medlin.

The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Pattie Tollar Lane for the loving care that she provided for Scotty.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region.
