Ruby Roxsanne Stacy, 17, passed away July 31, 2026. She was born in Monroe, North Carolina on June 27, 2009, and was the beloved daughter of Homer Stacy Jr. and Janette Estevez Stacy. 

Ruby will be remembered for the love and joy she brought to those around her. She was very creative and expressed her creativity through her nail designs and makeup. Ruby also had a strong work ethic. She worked at Tropical Smoothie and loved every moment. Ruby attended Monroe High School, and her dream was to attend Medical School upon graduation. She loved her family and cherished every moment they were able to spend together, especially their family trip to Disney. Ruby will be deeply missed and cherished in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 9:00pm on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Holland Funeral Service, 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC 28112.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, August 7, 2026 at Suncrest Cemetery in Monroe, NC.

She is preceded in passing by her grandfather, Homer Stacy Sr.

Ruby is survived by her father, Homer Stacy Jr., mother, Janette Stacy, brother, Homer Stacy Jr., grandmother, Eloisia Stacy, uncle, Miguel Villa, and numerous friends.
