Roberto Quinones, 69, passed away August 6, 2017. Mr. Quinones was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on November 30, 1947 to the late Juana Quinones. Mr. Quinones is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Ann McIntosh Quinones; sons, Roberto Quinones Jr., and Manual Seda; daughters, Diana Seda, Maritza Melandez, Janet Martinez, Michelle LaCoy, Ilia Lopez, and Tamara Brown; brother, Rafel Quinones; sister, Maria Quinones; 13�grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
