Robert Lee Mayhew III, 67, passed away August 18, 2019. Mr. Mayhew was born in Petersburg, Virginia to the late Robert Mayhew Jr. and Kathryn Doane Mayhew. Bobby loved his family and enjoyed to cook and spend time with his friends he also enjoyed sports especially softball. Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Hilda Mayhew; son, Gregg Freeman; daughter, Crystal Miller; grandchildren, Lilli Grace Cotto, Bryce Freeman, Reese Freeman, and Jali Miller; siblings, Doug Wayne Mayhew (Gayle), Vickie Mayhew Rogers, Karen Mayhew Waters (Roger), George Alan Mayhew (Mariibeth), Richard Cameron Mayhew, Wanda Mayhew Sledge (Greg), Harold Keith Mayhew (Pam), and Ann Mayhew Mesa (Jorge) Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
