Paul Michael Hooks, 62, passed away February 16, 2019. Paul was born in Lucas, Ohio to the late John and Helen Hooks. Surviving is his brother, Jon Hooks; his sisters, Beth Pruitt, Terri Borjas and Diane Jackson. Paul was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Pamela Hooks.
