Patsy Ruth Cremen was born in Monroe, North Carolina on April 22, 1943 to Elizabeth and James Williams, where she spent a great deal of her childhood with her Brothers Barry and Rodney and her sisters Phyllis (Stagi) and Vicki (Smith) and their extended family. At age 15 Pat and her family moved to Baltimore, Maryland, where she met her future husband, Robert (Bob) Cremen. Pat and Bob were married in 1960 and raised three children: Stephanie (Prince), Jacqueline (Griffin), and Robert (Robb). Pat spent most of her career in Food Brokerage sales but found her passion in her final career as a long-time employee at Shofers Furniture in Baltimore where she put to work her love of decorating and design. In her later years, Pat moved out to Manchester, Maryland with her son, Robb, and his family, where she took on her love for gardening, playing the piano, and caring for her grandchildren. Pat returned to North Carolina the fall of 2024 where she remained, passing away peacefully at home surrounded by family on April 24, 2025.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, James Lloyd Williams and Elizabeth Johnsie Williams; her brother, Barry Williams; her nephew, Roddy Williams; and her husband, Robert Cremen.

Pat is survived by her three siblings: Rodney Williams (Spouse- Gerri Williams), Phyllis Stagi (Spouse- Dennis Stagi), and Vicki Smith (Spouse- Mike Smith); her children: Stephanie Cremen Prince, Jacqueline Cremen Griffin, and Robert Cremen; her son in-law Steve Griffin, her daughter in-law, Dawn Cremen, her grandchildren: Jordan Griffin Rowell (Spouse- Spencer Rowell), Alexandra Griffin, Matthew Griffin, Jessica Prince (Spouse- Emily Prince), Will Prince, Makenzie Cremen Mittlesteadt (Spouse- James Mittelsteadt), and Austin Cremen; as well as her great grand-children: Brooks Rowell and Blake Rowell and her many nieces and nephews and their children.

A private service will be held at a later date.
