Patricia "Pat" M. Meadows, 82, passed away November 30, 2019. Pat was born on September 1, 1937 in Chester, PA, and was reared Salisbury, Maryland by her grandparents, Rodney and Nettie Moore. She previously lived in Washington, Indiana and Carthage, Missouri before coming to North Carolina. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Smyrna United Methodist Church, 5019 Medlin Road, Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Pat is survived by her husband of 63 years, Don Meadows; daughters, Terri Dant (Jim), Lisa Daugherty (Paul); grandchildren, Crystal Ostby, Brittany Cox, Michelle Daugherty, and Michael Daugherty; great-grandchildren, Ashton Ostby, Alton Ostby, Olivia Cox, Lucille Cox, Elizabeth Cox, and Hazel Cox. She is also survived by her sister, Dollie Mason; and brother, William Moore Jr. (Sue). She is the daughter of William R. Moore, and Katherine N. Craig. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Smyrna United Methodist Church, 2201 Walnut Ln. Monroe, NC 28112. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
