Ms. Wanda Jean Starnes, 75, passed away September 2, 2023. Wanda will be remembered for her kindness and love she had for others. She will be truly missed and cherished in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her memories are her brother, Marshall Starnes, sisters, Pam Starnes, Dale Quinto (Joe), and Brenda Wyles. She is preceded in passing by her father, Daniel Starnes; mother, Emma Starnes; brother, Gilbert Starnes; sisters, Nancy Carol Starnes, Rachel Stroud, Lessie Craig, and Cheryl Starnes Helms.
