Terry Moss, age 67, of Waxhaw went home to be with her Lord and savior on May 27, 2025. She was born on August 21, 1957, in Union County to the late Neil Reid Moss and Margaret Aycoth Moss. Terry was preceded in death by her parents, special friend Ed Gibson, sister's; Faye Dawkins, Nancy Carol Moss; granddaughter; Dalanie Payne. brother-in-law's; Kenneth Laney, Tom Dawkins. Nephew; Josh Laney.

Terry is survived by her three children, Angie Bentley, Shannon Painter, Nick Painter (Kara); two sisters, Joyce Belk (Ronnie), Bebe Cunningham (Troy); five grandchildren; Wesley Payne (Miranda), Rye Painter, Brynlee Painter, Peyton Painter, Two Painter.

Terry took great pride in being the best mother, sister, grandmother, and friend to all. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano, playing bingo, and attending Southern Auction Sales any time she had the chance, eating out with her running partners Joyce and Ronnie. She loved to shower people with gifts and show them how much she loved them. Most of all she loved the Lord and living her life trying to let people see Christ through her.

A service will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 11:00am at Southern Auction Sales; 2031 Waxhaw Hwy, Monroe, NC 28112. Come casual and ready to celebrate her life.
