Miss Sharon Denise Howard, a daughter of Ruby Rorie Wright and the late Stewart G. Howard, was born December 19, 1972 in Union County, North Carolina. She departed her life on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Atrium Health Monroe, NC. Sharon attended Monroe High School and graduated. She was employed by Western Union School and later went to be a day care worker at Waxhaw Childhood Development until her health went bad. She was proceeded in death by her father, Stewart G. Howard and brother, Don Rorie. She was a dedicated Jehovah Witness who loved doing Jehovah's work. She always carried a beautiful smile and she loved to make people smile. She was a loving daughter, sister and mother. She loved spreading her words of wisdom to anyone that would listen and those that wouldn't. She leaves to cherish her memories to her mother, Ruby R. Wright of Monroe; 2 daughters, Brittany Rorie and Jasmine Lotharp of Charlotte; 2 sons, Kemp Lotharp of Matthews and Damian Lotharp of Monroe; 6 sisters, Annettie Rahming of Wingate, Tina Cuff, Inez Rorie, Sandra Oliva all of Monroe, Jackie (Fulton) Smith of Wadesboro, Betty Polk of Wingate; 2 brothers, Thomas (Katina) Rorie of Monroe and Lester (Pam) Rorie of Charlotte; 5 grandkids, Jaylen Gaddy, Anthony Lotharp, Ava Lotharp, Keyleen Houston and Julian Davis; one Aunt, Lether Howard of Marshville; 3 special friends, Carolyn Burns, Mical Cunningham and Tamaki McGee; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A public viewing will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Holland Funeral Service & Crematory. A service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Holland Funeral Service & Crematory. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
