Sarah Jean Mink, 26, passed away unexpectedly on May 27, 2023, in a tragic car accident which also took the life of her son Timothy Austin. Born in Sarasota, Florida, she was the daughter of Kimberly Knoll and Richard Mink. She graduated from South Providence School in 2016.

Sarah was a devoted stay-at-home mother for the last five years to two children Timothy Austin (5) and Tiffany Austin (3). She will be remembered for her honesty. You always knew where you stood with her. She loved hard and was extremely loyal. She was compassionate and always asked about other people's days even if her day was not great. She was full of life and when she laughed her laugh was contagious. She loved being apart of all the little things in her children's lives. She cherished her days at home with her daughter for "girl time" and loved the arts and crafts her son brought home from kindergarten. She

loved to cook new things and baking pies.

Sarah is survived by her fiancé Justin Austin, her 3-year-old daughter Tiffany. Her mother Kimberly Knoll and her siblings April (Jason) Knoll, Kristy (Robby) Schaefer, Kevin (Ashley) Mink, John Mink and many nieces and nephews.

She predeceased in death by her son Timothy Austin and her father Richard Mink.

Funeral Services will held together for Sarah and Timothy at 12:00pm, on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Holland Funeral Service, 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC 28112. The burial will immediately follow at Fairfield Baptist Church Cemetery in Marshville. The Visitation will also be held together from 3:00pm until 7:00pm on Friday, June 16, 2023 at Holland Funeral Service.
