Ruth Snow, aged 89, passed away on October 22, 2024. Born on July 2, 1935 in Cabarrus County, NC, she lived a life full of love, strength, and kindness. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, cherished by all who knew her. She was a retired textile worker.

Ruth was known for her quirky and random song outbursts, love of laughter, and ability to make the dog howl at will. Grandkids and pets alike were often serenaded with "Roly Poly", "You are my Sunshine," and taught the twisted wisdom of a "Himalayan" possum. She was an avid Willie Nelson and Braves fan and watched "In the Heat of the Night" on repeat so she could stare at Carroll O'Conner's blue eyes. Her family was the center of her world, and she poured her heart into creating a warm and nurturing home.

She leaves behind her twin sister, Ruby Ritchie, daughters Marsha S.Luke (Jack Luke), Robbin S.Williams, and Audrey L. Snow as well as 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Her legacy of love and resilience continues through them. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Robert C. Snow, daughter, Louise S. Holt, and 6 siblings.

A celebration of Ruth Snow's life will be held graveside at West Concord Cemetery on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ASPCA in her memory.

She will be deeply missed but forever remembered by those who were blessed to know her.
