IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Ms. Patricia Anne
Hilton
March 21, 1949 – August 16, 2023
Anne Hilton passed away in the home she had lived in her whole life surrounded by love and laughter. She was born on March 21, 1949 in Monroe NC. Widowed by the love of her life Richard Hilton and Survived by:Daughter Elizabeth A. Hilton (Clay Durham) and son Richard K. Hilton (Stacy A. Dow). She had three grandchildren Chastity A. Shoup, Tiffany M. Evans, and Chrisi Shoup. She had four great grandchildren: Hunter Helms, Annaleigh Helms, Natiley Shoup, and Bentlie Shoup-Philemon but the true loves of her life were her dachshunds Frost and Summer. Anne Hilton was a truly remarkable woman and incredibly funny. She was a devout spiritual being that loved the teachings of Abraham and The Secret and believed that there was good in everyone even if you had to squint to see it. She always left her door open to anyone who needed a place to go and loved having Sunday suppers with her family in her home. Some of her fondest memories are with her family going on vacations to Florida, dancing around the kitchen, and dressing up for every Halloween (she dressed her house up to match too). This is not goodbye, this is till we see you again.

It's gonna hurt right now
And right now will be the worst
Everyone coming over with sympathies
Every line of theirs rehearsed
They swear they know how you feel
You see, they've been through it too
But how do you say goodbye
To the one that means the most to you?
You look to nature to see a sign
And oh, what does it do?
Sends a little yellow sign
To sit in front of you
Two flutters like a little wave and you know
You'll eventually make it through
But I want you to know,
Down in my soul,
My good days left with you
