Lori Michelle Broadway was born on May 28th, 1975 to Larry Broadway and Sue McWhorter Broadway. She passed away on March 29th after she suffered a cardiac arrest on March 24th. Lori made the decision before death to be an organ donor to possibly save the lives of others.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00pm, on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Holland Funeral Service, 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC 28112.

Lori was a proud mother to her child, Kierstin Cox-Broadway, who she leaves behind. She also leaves behind her adoring parents, Sue (the late Jackie Haywood) and Larry and his wife, Kim. Her brothers, Casey Broadway and his wife Amanda, Clint Broadway and his wife, Claudia; sister, Chastity Haywood, and many cousins and friends. Additionally, she leaves behind nieces and nephews that she deeply cherished, Clayton Broadway, Coleman Broadway, Kathleen Broadway, Haley Broadway, Amanie Haywood, Tristin Allen, and Samuel Brady.

The family is filling a massive void with the loss of such a bright light in their lives. They will surely miss sitting with her and her randomly yelling, "KIERSTIN" at the top of her lungs just to tell her daughter, "I love you!" and startling them and then just laughing. Lori loved people and loved to laugh!

In lieu of gifts, the family asks thar you make a donation to the Go-Fund-Me to help with her minor daughter's future care or to LifeShare for others who make the choice to be selfless in giving Organs to those in need.
