Karen Paxton Bohn, 60, passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. She was born May 12, 1961, to the late Earl Paxton Jr. and Vada Paxton. In addition to her parents, Karen is also preceded in death by her siblings, Lee Paxton, Patricia Paxton, and Steven Paxton. She is survived by her children, Anthony Bohn (Dawn), Stacey Dunagan (Michael), Christopher Bohn, and Stephanie Bohn; grandchildren, Kiersten Bohn, Tenley Bohn, Zoey Bohn, Landon Bohn, Mason Bohn, Kevin Lark, Isabelle Dunagan, Annaleigh Dunagan, and Ava Bohn; siblings, Glenda Oxendine, Phyllis Craig, and Glen Paxton; and many other special family members and friends. Karen was a selfless person who never failed to put her family's needs above her own. She worked hard every day to insure her children had a loving and warm home. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She cherished every moment she got to spend with her grandchildren. Karen worked as a rural carrier for the United State Postal Service for over 20 years before retiring this past year. There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful woman Karen truly was. Karen will be truly missed and cherished in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her. Holland Funeral Service is serving the Bohn Family.
