Joyce Ann Williams Taylor, 81, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021. She was born September 12, 1939, to the late Clayton Henry Williams, Sr. and Evelyn H. Williams. Joyce is also preceded in death by her daughter, Sheri Ann Taylor Williams; son, William Todd Taylor; granddaughter, Shana Starnes Baucom; brother, Clayton H. Williams and wife, Sue; sister, Amanda Sue Plyler. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday August 9, 2021, at Holland Funeral Service, 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC 28112. Visitation will be held at Holland Funeral Service from 12:00pm until 12:45pm prior to the service. Joyce is survived by her son, William R. "Dicky" Taylor (Peggy) of Wingate; son-in-law, Michael Williams of Wadesboro; six grandchildren, Ricky Taylor (Amy), Ryan Taylor (Hannah), Britney Smith, Zach Taylor (Amanda), Megan Taylor, Amber Burnette; ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
