Jennifer Rose Steffen, 37, of Monroe NC passed away Friday January 19 th , 2024. She was born in Union County on December 9 th , 1986, daughter to Katherine Hawthorne and the late Jeffery Parker. Jennifer will be remembered by family and friends as being kind, caring, loving, and dependable. She was her momma's biggest helper. Jennifer wore her heart on her sleeve and lit up any room she walked into. She loved her husband Mark, daughter Hannah and dog, Zeus. She was a dedicated worker at Showmars in Mint Hill until later going on to become a residential cleaner with her mother's company. She will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held on at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Holland Funeral Service. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Jennifer is preceded in passing by her father, Jeffrey Parker, and her older sister, Debra Fortin.

She is survived by her loving husband Mark Steffen, daughter, Hannah Steffen, mother, Katherine Hawthorne (Dean), younger sister, Angela Parker, grandmother, Sonja Griffin, as well as four nieces and four nephews.
