Hilda 'Sue' Muska, 73, passed away peacefully on 1/28/2023 with her daughters by her side. Sue was born in Monroe NC on October 3, 1949, to the late Robert and Velma Price. Sue was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Mike Muska, brother, Jimmy Price, sister Vickie Vanderbush, and sister-in-law Judy Price.

Sue was a stay-at-home wife, mother, and grandmother after working in cotton mills for several years of her life. Although Sue still had family around her, her entire life changed and became a lonely one, once she lost Mike, her loving husband on April 7, 2022. She continued to take care of herself and their fur baby Gizmo in their home until she could no longer stay alone. In mid November 2022 she moved in with her daughter Annette and husband Jeff where they and other family and friends provided the care she needed until her passing. Gizzy is now with her sister Barbara.

Sue leaves behind 2 daughters Annette (Jeff) Hartis in Buford S.C. and Debbie (Steve) Fowler in Polkton N.C., eight grandchildren: Chris Helms, Caleb (Kristen) Helms, Stephanie Fowler (Chris Goodwin) Samantha (Ken) Medlin, Krista (Crystal) Everhart. Kris (Danielle) Hartis. Kyle (Jessica Goldman) Hartis. Brandi (Michael) Rogers, and thirteen

great-grandchildren: Savannah, Cooper, Braylynn, Grayson, Harrison, Maddi, Carter, Jackson, Jaylyn, Bentley, Leo, Lilly Grace, and Charlotte.

Sue also leaves behind a sister Barbara Price and brother Jackie Price, and sister-in-laws Mary Price and Mary Ann Waldron, all of Monroe, N.C. along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be 1/30/2023 11am-12p.m. at Holland Funeral Home along with a small service starting at 12pm in the Holland Chapel. Sue will be laid to rest at Price Cemetery following services.

The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to Hospice of Charlotte (Palmetto Region).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Charlotte in Sue's honor.
