Evelyn U. Belk of Monroe NC went to her heavenly home on Wednesday. She was the daughter of the late W.L. Underwood and Mary Kiser Underwood.

She retired from Charlotte Pipe and Foundry after 26 years of service.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Albert T. Helms Sr. and Donald Belk Sr.; grandson, Albert Helms III; and seven siblings.

She is survived by her children, Denise Rodgers, Deborah Estridge (Randy), Albert Helms (Cindy), and Donna Peshel (David). A lifetime friend and sister-in-law Faye Underwood and grandsons, Jason Eudy (Mary Jane) and Greg Eudy (Julie), and Richard Poplin (Alina).

A Visitation will be held at 10:00am Saturday August 03,2024 at Holland Funeral Service located at 806 Circle Drive Monroe NC 28112. A Funeral service will follow at 11:00am at Holland Funeral Service.
