IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Ms. Deloris Mae
Cooper
September 9, 1949 – August 8, 2024
It is with much sadness to announce the sudden passing of Deloris Cooper. She died peacefully on the morning of August 8th, 2024. Deloris Cooper known as Dee. Was a wonderful spirit. She was born in Lambrook, Arkansas on September 9th, 1949. She was the daughter of Willie Cooper. She was the youngest of seven the only daughter. Her brother Willie Cooper is the only living survivor. She now joins her brothers, Johnny C. Cooper, Donald Cooper, Gary Cooper, Jimmy Cooper, and Edward Cooper.
Dee came into this world a fiery spirit. She was a wild child wanting to be adventures. She was kind hearted and dedicated to her family. She got married at the age of fourteen and was a devoted wife. She had her first son at the age of fifteen Bobbie Harris. Followed by her second son Johnny Harris. When she had the sudden unexpected death of Johnny Harris, I know she is with him now, followed by her youngest and only daughter Kimberly Welker. There is no question of the love the had for her children. She had the spirit of a gypsy and her and her children traveled all over the country.
Dee was always there whenever anyone needed her. She never thought twice about caring for the ones that she loved. It was no doubt when you were in Dee's presence that she would bring a wonderful light to the room. Being around Dee meant life was always interesting and different. She had so many amazing stories and always wanted to make people laugh and be happy. She was so loving and just wanted to be with her family. Family was everything to her. Her loss leaves a huge hole in the ones that she left behind. She leaves behind her two living children Bobbie Harris, and Kimberly Welker. Her grandchildren Mercadie Popluhar, and Sam Welker. She also leaves the legacy of her great grandchildren Tristan Popluhar, Jaydan Popluhar, Bella Welker, Tanner Welker, Sofia Welker.
To everyone she has left behind, she will have a special place in our hearts. She gave us all so much strength and love. We are all better people had having such an amazing woman in our lives. We are so blessed to having her love and devotion. A love that can never be replaced. She will live on through each of us and will never be forgotten. We will all miss her I love you's everyday. She was always lifting our spirits and has never given up on any of us. Until the day that she welcomes us home we will hold her spirit close to us and never forget the lessons and love that she gave us all. We will miss you, Deloris Cooper!
