Delores Ann Tittle, better known as Judy, passed away at her home on Monday, September 27, 2021.
She is survived by her children, Donna Carter, Anthony Davis, Troy Davis, Jason Tittle, and Rick Tittle. She also leaves behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
