Debra Lou Ballard, 61, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020 in Lancaster, SC. She was born December 5, 1958 to the late Justin Edward Ballard and Evelyn Chadwick Ballard. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Monday, November 9, 2020 at Blakely Funeral Service in Monroe. The celebration of life will immediately follow in the chapel. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family. Debra is survived by her daughter, Mary Susens; sons, Shane Gray, and Forester Gray; grandchildren, Lilian, Emmanuel, Johnathan, Nathaniel, Ezekiel, Joshua, and Maddie; sister, Maxine Barger; and brother, Marc Ballard.
