Clara E. Helms of Wesley Chapel N.C. passed away peacefully surrounded by her

family on November 20th. Clara was born on April 30, 1936, to the late Arthur Lee King

and Alice Louise King. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Jarvis McSwain

Helms and her son, Joseph Michael Helms.

Clara is survived by her son Jarvis McSwain (Tamera), and her daughters Marie

(Donnie), and Clara Vernon (Billy).

Clara was a devoted grandmother to 5 children: Kathy (Ray), Chris, Angie, Larry Ray,

and Colter and a great-grandmother to 8 beautiful children: Christina, Matthew, Jake, Larissa,

Bryleigh, Jase, Claire, Allison, and Mary.

Clara was known as "Nana" to so many others. When meeting someone new, she'd say,

"I'm Clara, but everyone calls me Nana." Once you meet her, she immediately became

your Nana and would treat you just like family.

Nana's heart overflowed with a passion for crafts and a joy in sharing her creations with everyone around her. She delighted in pulling out her phone to proudly show photos of her latest work, or passing her newest project across the table, her face shining with the brightest smile. Through her warmth, love, and unwavering presence, Nana taught us all the true art of making others feel cherished. She was always the greatest supporter of her great-grandchildren—her cheers the loudest and her spirit the most enthusiastic at every sporting event. If you were fortunate enough to know her, you couldn't help but love her.

Nana touched many lives and will always remain in our hearts; her love leaves an enduring legacy that will not be forgotten.

Nana will be missed by so many, but she will forever be in our hearts and her loved will

never be forgotten.
