Chelsea Lea Rogers, 27, of Monroe NC, entered Heaven's gates unexpectedly on November 22, 2020. She was born in Monroe on July 7, 1993 where she grew up. Chelsea loved spending the day basking in the sunshine on the beach and seeing the changing of the leaves in the Appalachian Mountains. She had the brightest smile and loved making everyone around her laugh. Chelsea leaves behind her parents Mark Rogers (Amy) and Karen Rogers; Sister Amanda Ross (Ethan); Brother Buddy Rogers (Anna); Niece Harper Ross; Nephews Luke Ross and Dexter Rogers; Grandparents Jackie Rogers, Ron and Brenda Teeter; Boyfriend Joey Deese; and Best Friends Brooke Pressley and Jennifer Antonucci. She joins her grandfather J.A "Bud" Rogers and uncles Marty Helms and Sonny Rogers in heaven. A celebration of life will be held Sunday November 29, 2020 at 3:00 in the church where Chelsea grew up, Back to Bethel Baptist Church. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
