Mrs. Charlotte Marie Hart was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Paul Alof and Anna Meta Alof. She departed this life on Thursday, May 13, 2021. Charlotte M. Hart was a devoted member of New City Church in Charlotte, NC under the leadership of Pastor Jimmy Kallam. Charlotte attended school in Allentown, PA and graduated from Kutztown University with a B.A. and a master's degree in education from UNCC in Charlotte. Charlotte was a retired teacher from Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools where she worked for over twenty years. She loved teaching those kids with all her heart! She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 24 years, Leonard P. Hart of Mineral Springs, NC; daughter, Meta Alof of Charlotte, NC; son, Michael Alof; one sister, Teresa Dudding of Gloucester, MA; and a load of nieces and nephews that love her dearly.
