Mrs. Wanda Bivens Arant, 64, passed away October 17, 2021. Wanda was born in Union County, NC on April 18, 1957 to the late Charles F. Bivens and Betty Helms Bivens. A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Solid Rock Baptist Church. A service to celebrate Wanda's life will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Solid Rock Baptist Church. Wanda will be laid to rest following the service at Lakeland Memorial Park. Those left to cherish his memory are her sons, Jonathan Arant (Lynnet), Scott Arant (Shannon); daughter, Jessica Plyler; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Frank Bivens (Nicki) In addition to her parents Wanda was preceded in passing by her husband, Wayne Arant; sister, Jean Thomas. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Solid Rock Baptist Church, 2021 Claude Austin Road, Monroe, NC 28112. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
