Robbie Dellinger, 76, of Monroe, passed away April 9, 2024. Robbie had a beautiful, fiery soul. She'd scare you straight but loved you silly. She was born August 18, 1947, a daughter to the late Margie and Myrtle Marze Helms. Preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Dellinger, her brothers, Jerry, Charles, Rick, and Harvey Helms.

Robbie had strength that few people will witness in their lifetime. She was a fighter and never gave up on the ones who loved her and were cheering her on. Time and time again she overcame adversity. She was little but she was fierce. She loved and adored her girls in ways that were inexplicable. Her family was her world, and she treasured each person. She could tell a story about everyone she had ever met. She was a natural redhead and lived out the true definition of what that means – a fireball through and through. She was funny and had the quickest wit.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, April 13, 2024, in the Winston Chapel of Holland Funeral Service, 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC 28112, with the Rev. Danny Myers officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM Saturday, before the service at the funeral home.

Robbie leaves behind loved ones, daughter Lisa and husband Steve Dellinger, daughter Cristina and husband Shayne Love, granddaughter Emily and husband Evan Early, granddaughter Georgia Kate Love, a sister Margie Wright, and many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

The family would like to lovingly thank the nursing staff at PruittHealth - Union Pointe long-term care for their unwavering strength and ability to care for not just Robbie, but so humbly for her family as well. We would also like to thank Sue Morris (cousin), Joanne Foster (friend), and Margie Wright (sister) for loving and standing with Robbie throughout the past few months.
