Murrel "Pat" Arey, 65, passed Wednesday, February 24, 2021. She was born August 31, 1955 to the late James Alvin Taylor and Murrel Tyson Taylor. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, John P. Arey; children, Ronald Wilson, Angela Arey; brother, Alvin Taylor; sisters, Linda Taylor, Sheila Taylor, Amy Gillum, Mirriam Love; her loving bird, Tweedle; numerous nieces and nephews, and many other friends and family members. Pat was a loving wife and mother. She loved her family above all else, but she also loved going to the mountains. Pat also had love for plants and flowers. She had a "green-thumb" and could bring any plant back to life. Pat was a kind hearted woman who will be cherished in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.
