Mrs. Margaret "Deanie" Stacks Stevens, 80, of Wingate, passed away July 10, 2025. Deanie was born in Lancaster County, SC on February 2, 1945 to the late Jake and Fannie Mae Stacks.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Deanie will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, July 14, 2025 at the Immanuel Baptist Church Cemetery, 9112 Lancaster Highway, Waxhaw, NC 28173. The family requests that you dress comfortably and come as you are.

Those left to cherish her memory is her husband of 62 years, Ralph Stevens, children, Janet Phifer (Kim), and William "Buck" Stevens; grandchildren, Josh, Jacob, Nick, Erica, Tyler, Michael, Jessica, and Tiffany; great-grandchildren, Aiden, Josten, Harper, and Kaleigh, and One not quite here yet; sisters, Flora Mae McManus, and Mildred Hargett.

In addition to her parents Deanie was preceded in passing by her daughter, Wanda Dixon; brother, Ira Stacks; sisters, Betty Lucas, and Ollie Mae Harvelle.
