Lois Lorene McAdams, 95, of Monroe, NC, passed away June 6, 2024. She was born in Des Moines, Iowa on February 27, 1929, to the late Russell and Carrie Murrow.

Lois loved Jesus with all her heart and loved to share her faith and lift up others in prayer because of this she touched countless lives. She was a devoted wife and homemaker who loved to entertain, cook, and meet new people. Although she had no children, she loved every one of her nieces and nephews greatly and remained an important part of their lives. Her two great nieces had the privilege of calling her grandma, which was an immense delight to her. She will be forever loved and greatly missed.

Along with her parents she is preceded in passing by her husband, Robert E. McAdams and her brother, Delbert Murrow.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Mary Ann Murrow and her nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday June 15, 2024, at 11:00am at Holland Funeral Service located at 806 Circle Drive Monroe, NC 28112 with a burial to follow at Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and family on Saturday June 15, 2024, at 10:00am until 10:50 AM before the service at the funeral home.

For those unable to attend, the service will be live streamed via Zoom. Participants will be automatically "Muted" upon entry. Out of respect for the family and others viewing, you must remain muted for the duration of the service.
