Emma Herron Laney, 63, of Monroe, passed away on December 26th, 2023. She was born in Charlotte on July 26, 1960.

Emma enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with her family. She also loved to cook and baking.

Emma is survived by Ricky Laney (Spouse); Mary Warner (Mother), Deborah Johnson (Sister), Dianne Wilson(Sister), Robert Warner (Brother), Jimmy Herron (Brother), Angela Mullis (Sister); Heather McCall (Daughter), Darren Laney (Son), Tony Laney (Stepson), Derrick Laney (Stepson), Andy Laney (Stepson); Taylor Laney (Grandchild), Alissa Laney (Grandchild), Aiden Beheler (Grandchild), Andrew Laney (Grandchild), Kyelynn Laney (Grandchild); Grayson Mathis (Great-Grandchild).

A visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday, December 31, 2023, at Holland Funeral Service and Crematory 806 Circle Drive Monroe, NC 28112.
