Brenda Joyce Spierings, 81, of Marshville, passed away at her residence, November 26, 2023. She was born on a mountain top in Tennessee, a daughter to the late Doc and Lenora Riggs. She is also preceded in death by a son, Craig.

A celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Holland Funeral Service 806 Circle Drive Monroe, NC 28112.

Brenda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who provided very well for her family. She had God and caring for all in her heart. She loved to travel and had a great sense of humor.

Brenda is survived by her husband of 63 years, Tony, two sons, Evan and Darrin (Dana) and a granddaughter, Lexi.
