William Scott Wolfe, 50, passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021. He was born March 10, 1971 to Sanford Wolfe and the late Janie Hilton. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, July 9, 2021 at Back to Bethel Church, 3800 Sanford Lane, Monroe, NC 28110. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 1:45pm at the church prior to the service. Scott is survived by children, Amber Dale Wolfe (Robert Addington), Glenn Scott Wolfe, and Mack Mercer; father and stepmother, Sanford and Joyce Wolfe; grandchildren, Blake Scott Laney, Wyatt Alexander Addington, Piper Dale Addington, Annastashia Wolfe, and Kaiden Lee Mercer; siblings, Mandi Wolfe, Paul Wolfe, and stepsister, Shannon Helms; and his beloved Ruth Ann Helms, and his fur baby, Gembo; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Scott was a kind and humble man. He would lend a hand to anyone in need, he would truly give the shirt off his back to anyone. His passion in life was not only to be a good man to his family, but he also loved cutting down trees. He worked in tree service for 25 plus years. Scott could always be found outdoors. His family cherishes the memories that they have on the lake together. When he wasn't on the lake, he loved to go mud-slingin' and truck pullin' with his dad. Scott's family find comfort in knowing that Scott rests easy because he loved his Lord and Savior.
