Styles Samuel Perry, 86, passed away on July 23, 2025. He was born in Greenville, SC on December 30, 1938 to William Edwin and Evangeline Perry.

He was a dedicated member of the church serving as a deacon, Sunday School teacher and choir member . He had a love of music. He sang in Billy Graham's Crusade Choir. He loved to travel and did so when the Clemson Tigers played. He was a proud graduate of Clemson University. He was also a member of Iptay for 60 years and has his name on the side of the stadium as a long time contributor. He worked as a Safety and Loss Control Engineer for an insurance company with that degree he attained at Clemson. Styles was married to the love of his life, Iris, for 61 years.

Styles was predeceased by his parents and grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins.

He is survived by his wife , Iris Perry and his children, Robin (John), Scott (Ginger), Jennifer (Lee). He has nine grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren with one on the way.

Funeral arrangements will be held with visitation beginning at 1-2:15pm. The service will be at 2:30pm at Shiloh Baptist Church 2301 N. Rocky River Road, Monroe, NC. 28110.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the North Carolina Missions offering or Samaritan's Purse in his name.
