Samuel Todd Wallace, 56, passed away Peacefully on September 24, 2021 at 8:27 a.m. Todd was born on May 27, 1965 in Lancaster, SC. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Terry C Wallace. He is survived by a host of loving family, Henry C Wallace of Aurora, IN, David J Wallace of Anchorage, AK, Chris C Wallace of Lafayette, IN, Belinda A Wallace (Jeff Hicks) of Pageland SC, Stephanie K. McManus of Puyallup, WA, and Jessie L. McManus of Pageland, SC. Todd loved to golf in his free time and poured his heart and soul into his work with this cousin, Richard Carnes. Todd worked for seven years at Jencon Builders. Todd touched everyone's life who had the pleasure of encountering him. He made it a point to make sure that everyone he met felt so important and special. He showed up when it mattered, had your back, gave to those in need and would stand up for anyone who needed it. He enjoyed spending time with his niece and nephew. He also loved spending time with Joyce and Johnny Carnes who was called "Ma and Pop" for years. He was also on the VFD of Pageland.
