Russell "Rusty" Smith Gill left this world Saturday, December 26, 2020. He was born November 01, 1965 to Janice Faye Helms and the late Donald Wade Gill. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Rusty leaves behind his loving wife, as they would say, 422 years, Stacy Gill; sons, Russell Gill, Michael Cuellar (Amber Harris); daughter, Tiffany Gill; grandchildren, Chauncey, Cedney, Tarah, and Lexie; brother, Jody Gill (Kim Gill); aunt and uncle, Bobby & Mary Alexander; close friends, Mitch "Santa" Padgett, Randy "Skeeter" Roper, and Tommy & Priscilla Helms; and countless other friends and family. Rusty was a selfless man with a heart of gold who was involved in many benefits. Rusty was always giving back to the community. He was a machinist by trade, but worked as a DJ for the last twenty years. He was always laughing and enjoyed the days he got to spend with his friends and family. Rusty will be dearly missed and cherished in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. The Gill family knows that he will be missed here on Earth but know that Heaven will be a much brighter place with him there.
