Mr. Roosevelt Theodore Wallace Jr., 74, passed away July 17, 2022. Jr. was born in Union County, NC on June 24, 1948 to the late Roosevelt "Rosy" Theodore Wallace Sr. and Lola Adcock Wallace. A service to celebrate his life will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Memorial United Methodist Church. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 11:15 AM in the church sanctuary. Burial will follow the service at Lakeland Memorial Park. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Paulette Wortman Wallace; sons, Darren Matthew Wallace (Julie), and Michael Shane Wallace (Sherri); sister, Sue Fickling (Danny); stepdaughter, Vickie Rorie; grandchildren, Shelby Ann Wallace, Karis Leigh Wallace, Ryan Laine Wallace; and his family at PDQ South. In addition to his parents Jr. was preceded in passing by his sister, Patricia Ann Garwood. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Memorial United Methodist Church, 1200 Miller Street, Monroe, NC 28110 or St. Judes Childrens Research Hospial 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
