Roger Dale Broome Jr., of Marshville, NC, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2025, at the age of 46, surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 2, 1978, in Columbia, SC, and raised in Great Falls, SC, Roger attended local schools from kindergarten through 12th grade and took great pride in his work at Union Diversified Industries in Monroe, NC.

Mr. Broome was predeceased by his parents, Roger Dale Broome Sr. and Debra (Tony) Brazell. He is survived by his devoted sisters, Karen (Duane) Wingo and Ashley Broome, along with his cherished nieces, Kyndal and Sydney.

A true sports enthusiast and music lover, Roger found joy in sharing these passions with his loved ones, creating cherished memories together. His gentle spirit and ability to find happiness in the smallest moments uplifted everyone around him.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Holland Funeral Service, located at 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service, from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM. Burial service will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Great Falls, SC, around 1:00 PM.
