Rodney (Doc) Liles, age 87, of Monroe went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2023 surrounded by his family.

He was born in Lewis Co Kentucky on November 11, 1935; son of the late Pascal Granger Liles and Fannie Scott Liles.

Rodney was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Liles; daughter Faith Liles; brother Tom Liles; and his sisters Doris Mullins and Shirlene Liles.

He is survived by 3 sons, Randy Liles and wife Sam, Tony Liles and wife Judy, and Rod Liles and wife Cindy; his daughter, Sharon Phifer and husband Brad; his sister Ruth Poynter and brother Dale Liles and wife Bea; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and many family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held June 3 at Stone Cemetery in Vanceburg Kentucky.
