Ricky "Blonde" Dale Starnes, 69, passed away June 24, 2023. He was born February 19, 1954, to the late Odell Starnes and Mildred Starnes. Blonde was a farmer by trade and loved his Allis-Chalmers tractor. When he wasn't working diligently on his farm, he could often be found hunting, fishing, watching the NASCAR race and playing with his two beloved dogs, Ruffles and CC. He loved his family and friends and never missed an opportunity to cook for all of them. His only request when you came to see him was to bring him an ice-cold Pepsi. Blonde was also very skillful as a woodcraftsman and enjoyed making cedar tables and benches. He also enjoyed vacationing at the beach whenever he could get away. He will be truly missed and cherished in the hearts of all those who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, Blonde is preceded in passing by his brother, Nelson Starnes, and his sister-in-law, Shelby Starnes.

Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Chris "Smead" Starnes, and Laci Starnes; brother, Melvin Starnes (Ruby); sister, Daphne McManus (Ronald); grandchildren, Autumn Robinson, Gabriel Robinson, Derrick , Allison, Chapin and Colson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
