Mr. Randall "Randy" Kirby Smith, 73, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away July 26, 2024. He was a graduate of Sun Valley High School where he loved playing baseball. He also went on to attend Appalachian State University.

A Visitation with family and friends will be held from 1:00pm until 3:00pm on Friday, August 2, 2024 at Holland Funeral Service, 806 Circle Drive, Monroe, NC 28112.

He is preceded in passing by his parents, James B. Smith and Lazelle Braswell Smith; and his brother, Paul Smith.

Randy is survived by his sister, Anne Smith Pressley of Monroe, North Carolina;, Sister In Law, Marilyn Smith, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society in Randy's honor.
