Keko Angel Daniel Gomes passed away suddenly on July 6, 2021 at the age of (40). He was a field service high voltage tester and graduated from South Charlotte High School in 1999. Service arrangements are pending at this time. Keko is survived by his wife, Helen Gomes; son, Keko; mother, Catherine Gomes, father, Albert Gomes Jr. of Peachland, NC; sister, Kindra Monastra of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Albert Gomes III of Indian Trail, SC, Aaron M. Gomes of Peachland, NC, Stephen Gomes of Boston, MA; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles in North Carolina, Massachusetts, New England Nevada, and Arizona, and other parts of the country; and many friends and relatives. Keko was an avid sports fan and sometimes known to his friends as "ESPN" because of his intensive sports knowledge.The New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, Red Sox, and the Celtic's were his favorite teams. He loved his family to the end, and adored his son, Keko. Holland Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
