Justin William Croy, 25, of Carolina Shores, NC, formerly of Monroe, NC passed away on December 11, 2021. He was born August 31, 1996, in Charlotte, NC, to Glen and Alice Pritchett Croy. He was preceded in passing by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Helen Pritchett of Princeton, WV; paternal grandfather, William "Bill" Croy Sr. of Princeton, WV; uncle, William "Billy" Croy Jr. of Princeton, WV; and aunt, Virginia Pritchett of Lenoir, NC. Justin is survived by his parents, Glen and Alice Croy of the home; his sweet sister, Jaelyn Croy of the home; grandmother, Shelby Croy of Princeton, WV; uncle, Rev. Joe Pritchett and wife, Robin of Garner, NC; uncle, Ken Pritchett of Lenoir, NC; uncle, Richard Croy and fiancé, Christy of Fort Mill, SC; aunt - of whom he looked up to for her strength, Debbie Cordle and husband, Andy of Princeton WV; and many special cousins and friends who loved him. Some of Justin's special bible verses that gave him strength and comfort were: Philippians 1:6 Psalm 40: 1-3 Psalm 42: 1-2 1 Corinthians 10:13 Justin was a special young man full of life and enjoyed making people laugh. He loved deeply and had a tender heart. He was always willing to help those in need. He was truly a child of God. Justin surrendered his life to Christ and was baptized in July of 2020. Our hope and faithfulness of our Father tells us we will be reunited when Christ comes back. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Lee Park Chapel located at 2491 Morgan Mill Rd., Monroe, NC 28110. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until 2:00pm. The family will have a private funeral service.
